Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Telecommuting Recruiting Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the background and pre-employment screening process
  • Track and monitor confidential candidate information
  • Schedule interviews and provide information to the client as needed

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • 1 yr experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or administrative assistant in human resources or similar industry
  • Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner and prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and literacy in Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization of projects
