Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Telecommuting Recruiting Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the background and pre-employment screening process
- Track and monitor confidential candidate information
- Schedule interviews and provide information to the client as needed
Required Skills:
- Must be able to travel as needed
- 1 yr experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or administrative assistant in human resources or similar industry
- Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner and prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and literacy in Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization of projects
