A recruiting company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Recruiting Researcher.

Must be able to:

• Source candidates from a variety of digital platforms, including search engines, social media, and professional networking sites
• Research and identify top-tier candidates for recruiting assignments
• Research related data entry, generating reports and various other tasks related to research

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree required
• Database experience, ability to use Mac OS X and Google drive/spreadsheets
• Proven experience in research and synthesizing information
• Analytical problem solver with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Must be a team-player with a flexible attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
