Job Summary
A talent solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Recruitment Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate combining leading-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence
- Overseeing the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering candidate and client feedback
- Building and maintaining a network of candidates through market research and on-going relationship management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills and strong social media presence
- Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals
- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment
