Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommuting Recruitment Outsourcing Client Project Delivery Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering client business value through recruiting, sourcing and project management expertise
- Developing and adapting strategies to deliver expected project results
- Advising and consulting on best practices in sourcing and selection
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with a thorough understanding of staffing practices
- Experience managing RPO or recruiting projects
- A can-do attitude with the ability to design, develop and implement strategic solutions
- Strong collaborator with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization both internally and externally
- Ability to manage intricate details of the recruiting project and synthesize hiring details into joint actionable tasks to drive client outcomes
