Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company has an open position for a Telecommuting Regional Business Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing field sales plans and leading a regional team of field sales representatives
  • Allocating total regional sales budget and control expenses accordingly
  • Coordinating with Market Access and Medical Affairs functions at regional level

Required Skills:

  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical field sales management experience
  • Significant experience within oncology or rare disease, including product launches
  • Solid knowledge of retail, hospital, and managed care environments
