Job Summary
A utilities company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Regional Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating and presenting sales proposals to potential clients
- Developing a territory specific timetable of new construction multifamily projects up for bid
- Creating and maintaing database of general contractors, subcontractors, developers, vendors, and other
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Represent company and its products and services at industry trade shows and meet with clients
- Ability to evaluate profit/loss scenarios
- 5+ years sales experience with proven record of succes
- Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM applications
