Job Summary

A utility submetering company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Regional Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and maintaining database of general contractors, subcontractors, developers, vendors, and others within the multifamily and commercial real estate industry
  • Creating and maintaining database of current owners/property management companies seeking a fresh alternative to their current billing providers
  • Developing a territory specific timetable of new construction multifamily projects up for bid

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related area preferred
  • 5+ years sales experience (preferably in the multifamily industry) with proven record of success
  • Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • A book of business contacts and leads is preferred
  • Ability to evaluate profit/loss scenarios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
