Job Summary

A company focused on compliance and safety is in need of a Telecommuting Regional Workplace Safety Field Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage expenses in line with departmental budgets and corporate business conditions
  • Create and implement annual field sales territory plan
  • Enforce and support all company policies and procedures

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel requirement up to 50%
  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field
  • 15+ years of business experience with 10+ years of field sales experience
  • 5+ years experience managing field sales executives in remote office environments
  • Prior consultative selling experience in the workplace safety or human resources industries
  • Demonstrated experience in a field sales program start-up, or new service launches
