Job Summary

A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Registered Nurse Screener Care Coordinator in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering a diverse and high volume of health insurance related customer calls or correspondence on a daily basis
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records per department policy
  • Identifying, researching, processing, resolving and responding to customer inquiries and correspondence via telephone, written communication and/or in person

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Remote after ramp up- min 4-6 months
  • RN Licensure active and in good standing
  • RN Utilization/Case Mgmt. experience in a managed care setting a must
  • MIn. AA degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
