Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Registered Nurse Telephonic Senior Case Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recommending services for Plan members
- Identifying potentially unnecessary services and care delivery settings
- Examining clinical programs information to identify members for specific case management and / or disease management activities
Qualifications Include:
- Active RN license without restrictions in VA or inclusive license
- Ability to be licensed in multiple states without restrictions
- Prior clinical experience in an acute care setting
- Experience with case management activities
- Excellent computer skills and ability to easily navigate multiple applications
- Strong communication and organization skills
