Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Registered Nurse Telephonic Senior Case Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Recommending services for Plan members
  • Identifying potentially unnecessary services and care delivery settings
  • Examining clinical programs information to identify members for specific case management and / or disease management activities

Qualifications Include:

  • Active RN license without restrictions in VA or inclusive license
  • Ability to be licensed in multiple states without restrictions
  • Prior clinical experience in an acute care setting
  • Experience with case management activities
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to easily navigate multiple applications
  • Strong communication and organization skills
