Job Summary
A contract research company has an open position for a Telecommuting Request for Information Manager II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring response team is developing creative solutions for client inquiries
- Maintaining appropriate knowledge of the technical and regulatory environments
- Maintaining/providing backup for BU response library content and templates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 6 years direct CRO Drug Development related experience required
- Bachelors degree in a scientific, business or related field required
- Editing/writing/messaging skills
- Demonstrated computer skills - requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
