Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Practice Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as trusted advisor to top Consulting customers in the vertical, ensuring customer success and satisfaction across all engagements, solutions, and workstreams
  • Driving account planning for select accounts in conjunction with the Practice Director, Customer Success and Sales teams
  • Ensuring thorough and seamless handoff from Sales to Delivery team

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Executive leadership skills including the ability to develop, influence and motivate a diverse team to maximize results
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading professional services teams
  • Masters Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science/IT or related fields preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in team management
  • Experience with P&L management preferred
