Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Practice Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as trusted advisor to top Consulting customers in the vertical, ensuring customer success and satisfaction across all engagements, solutions, and workstreams
- Driving account planning for select accounts in conjunction with the Practice Director, Customer Success and Sales teams
- Ensuring thorough and seamless handoff from Sales to Delivery team
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Executive leadership skills including the ability to develop, influence and motivate a diverse team to maximize results
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading professional services teams
- Masters Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science/IT or related fields preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in team management
- Experience with P&L management preferred
