An automation company has an open position for a Telecommuting Retail Area Sales Leader.
Must be able to:
- Drive a transformational agenda to ensure the region has the most successful sales and marketing capacity
- Establish relationship with key executive contacts in your sales team's accounts
- Recruit and develop top sales talent
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Lead, coach, recruit, and develop sales teams in growth environments
- 15 years + of related business and sales management experience along with a proven track record of success in technology sales
- Background in SaaS and Application Software
- In-depth experience and understanding of the retail market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- Ability to manage complex HW and SW deals
