Job Summary

A global science company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Retail Sales Director in Bentonville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Actively participate on sales team providing valuable communication, effective cooperation, and teamwork
• Construct annual Customer Marketing Agreements
• Develop effective products, packs and programs to contribute annual profitable growth

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum 10 years of CPG Sales and/or Marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Trade Marketing, Sales Planning and/or Marketing
• Experience with account leadership required
• Sales negotiations and general business acumen essential
