Job Summary
A global food and beverage company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Retail Sales Representative in Rochester.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving in-store retail sale execution
- Utilizing account planning, tools and reports to develop daily /weekly plans/priorities
- Developing proper relations with district/region level and other operations personnel
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to frequently travel overnight approximately 40% of the time
- BA/BS or 2-3 year retail experience preferred
- Core knowledge of 4 P's (Promotion, Position, Pricing, Placement) and Picture of Success
- Open minded towards new and different ways of doing things
- Ability to recognize obstacles and involves others to take immediate action to move things forward
- Demonstrates leadership ability through direct or cross functional team
