Job Summary

A company that provides business software has a current position open for a Telecommuting Retail Software Customer Service Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reporting customer service statistics to management on a monthly basis to ensure deliverables are met
  • Managing client support tickets from receipt through completion
  • Managing the cloud-based servers we host for clients including security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery and reporting

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • You have a degree in an I.T. or related subject
  • Must have front-line customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable working remotely
  • Any other relevant technical skills
