Job Summary
A company that provides business software has a current position open for a Telecommuting Retail Software Customer Service Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reporting customer service statistics to management on a monthly basis to ensure deliverables are met
- Managing client support tickets from receipt through completion
- Managing the cloud-based servers we host for clients including security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery and reporting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- You have a degree in an I.T. or related subject
- Must have front-line customer service experience
- Must be comfortable working remotely
- Any other relevant technical skills
