An investment company has an open position for a Telecommuting Retirement Fees Service Specialist in Saint Louis.
Must be able to:
- Determine scope of branch inquiry and choose most effective resource to provide an accurate and compliant response
- Provide technical, processing, sales tools and resource assistance
- Determine the questions to ask, resources to use, rules and regulations to apply, and solutions to propose
