Job Summary

A financial services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Retirement Service Specialist in St. Louis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and demonstrate critical thinking skills in order to identify and understand client's retirement needs and provide solutions
• Identify and call attention to contacts, processes and policies which do not support branch efficiency
• Deliver an ideal service experience on a core retirement topic through development and application of in-depth technical, process and firm policy knowledge

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Must be able to quickly learn, apply, and support the integration of new information in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
