Job Summary
A robotics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Robotics Software Engineering Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a software team on development of robotic software
- Driving line leaders at a technical level to deliver product, on budget and on time
- Driving software organization to deliver production quality software and documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Prior Experience managing software project of size of 50+
- 6+ years of experience of managing delivery of software products
- Good management experience in large scale software projects with agile development process
- Familiarity with software development tools
- Experience in tuning up team performance
