Job Summary

An event service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Ruby JavaScript Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Diving into MySQL to troubleshoot / improve performance and design queries to implement new features
  • Troubleshooting and improving the front-end
  • Providing architect and developing web application backed using Ruby, Rails, MySQL, Redis, Resque and AWS

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Git
  • An interest in diving into an existing, large code-base to fix bugs and add new features
  • Expert experience developing web applications and web services with Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
