Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommuting SaaS Operations Director.

Must be able to:

• Monitor and report on key indicators
• Grow an IT SaaS team that demonstrates customer advocacy
• Improve productivity by leveraging individual strengths, provide timely and direct feedback

Qualifications for this position include:

• 10 years of leadership experience in a technical support environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with application, infrastructure and network monitoring tools
• Working knowledge of SaaS operations
• Experience managing cloud providers
• Experience in a 24x7 support environment
• Experience and knowledge of IT systems/data security as it relates to the SaaS environment
