Job Summary

A legal service company is in need of a Telecommuting SaaS Operations Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating the work of Windows engineers in daily application support activities
  • Interacting directly with customers regarding new configurations and issue resolutions
  • Leading all operational and project activities

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent job experience
  • Experience with system monitoring tools
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully organize and manage multiple priorities
  • 1 to 2 years of IT management experience required
  • Demonstrated Windows engineering expertise
