Telecommuting Safety Specialist I

Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Safety Specialist I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Interfacing between Company, sponsors, vendors, and other departments in the area of safety and pharmacovigilance
• Processing Adverse Events/Endpoints according to Standard Operating Procedures and project specific safety plans
• Assisting safety project lead/endpoint manager in the preparation of a safety management plan

Qualifications Include:

• Minimal travel may be required
• BA/BS in Life Science or Registered Nurse/Pharmacist
• Nominal clinical/clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Safety and Pharmacovigilance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, presentation, documentation, analytical, oral/ written, and interpersonal skills
