Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Telecommuting Sales and Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Listen to customers, assess their insurance needs, and then advise them on the best coverage and protection options for them
- Proactively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities for each customer
- Answer customer questions regarding their current policy to ensure their concerns are heard, understood, and resolved appropriately
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must successfully pass the licensing exam
- Must be problem solvers
- Must obtain your Insurance License within the first weeks of employment
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
