Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommuting Sales and Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Listen to customers, assess their insurance needs, and then advise them on the best coverage and protection options for them
  • Proactively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities for each customer
  • Answer customer questions regarding their current policy to ensure their concerns are heard, understood, and resolved appropriately

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must successfully pass the licensing exam
  • Must be problem solvers
  • Must obtain your Insurance License within the first weeks of employment
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend day
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
