Job Summary

A customer management company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Sales and Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing excellent customer service on behalf of our clients
  • Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
  • Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
  • PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
  • Monitor will need to be 17” minimum, capable of 1024 x 768
  • A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
  • A telephone (landline or cell)
  • An approved headset and flash drive
