Job Summary

A non-profit religious organization is filling a position for a Telecommuting Sales Director in Richmond.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the Partner Relations Team, ensuring the accomplishment of individual goals
• Developing strategies that will increase the number of churches supporting, engaging and mobilizing
• everaging technology and marketing tools to consistently communicate our message

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge of and experience with the Southern Baptist Convention
• 3 years’ minimum Sales Director experience in a large, national or international organization
• Proven track record of developing an organizational sales strategy, implementing and meeting goals
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated leadership and management of sales teams
• Proven ability to review data and formulate strategies
