Job Summary
A marketing companay needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Sales Director in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Actively engage new and existing customers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time to generate new business
- 2+ years of relevant experience in cold calling or outside sales in a media environment
- Proven experience negotiating, listening to client needs, and closing business
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Robust knowledge of social media including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and emerging servicesRole Qualifications
