Job Summary

A monitoring service provider is filling a position for a Telecommuting Sales Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Technically close complex and competitive opportunities
  • Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase
  • Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input both wins and losses

Required Skills:

  • Deliver product and technical briefings / presentations to customers and partners
  • Prior experience in monitoring space
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales engineering role
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
  • Ability to build and execute an evaluation plan with a customer
  • Strong knowledge of current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies
