Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Sales Engineer in the Western Region.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing guidance related to infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations
- Presenting the company system to prospective customers
- Responding effectively to RFIs/RFPs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BSCS or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales/System Engineer with proven track record
- Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
- Demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems
