An interactive entertainment and lifestyle retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Sales Representative in Toledo Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Field inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Take personal initiative to meet all key performance indicators, including average handle time, quality, compliance and purchase rate
- Promote sales and upsells
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must live in Lucas, Lorain, Medina, Wayne County and Toledo (Only surrounding areas of Toledo)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build customer loyalty
