Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Sales Territory Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, coordinating and implementing a sales plan for the assigned territory
- Planning, coordinating and participating in local and regional meetings and trade shows
- Helping plan, coordinate and implement special projects as identified in the future
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willingness to travel as necessary on behalf of the company on official company business
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university, or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc
- Knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Inventory software, etc
