Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Salesforce Business Systems Analyst in Lowell.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing enhancements and incidents/bug-fixes, from request and requirements through build, test, and deploy
  • Developing advanced reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Creating business requirement document (BRD), functional requirements, & accurately translating business Requirements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be on-site 4 days/week, one day remote
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools
  • 2 to 5+ years' experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com for 500+ users
  • Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud/Community cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM 201) is a must
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Lightning, Visualforce, Apex Classes/Controllers and Apex Triggers
