Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Salesforce IT Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing impact analysis of the changes
  • Developing high quality technical design deliverables
  • Providing technical expertise for Salesforce software

Qualifications Include:

  • Required, Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification plus a second Salesforce certification
  • 5+ years' experience in software development life cycle
  • 5+ year experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems
  • Experience working with external IT supplier & virtual teams
