Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Scrum Product Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and improve the user experience of our applications working with our UX team
- Act as a product expert to the development teams
- Provide backup support for the Support team particularly when there are complex queries
Position Requirements Include:
- Track record of working with customers in previous roles
- Strong background in business process analysis, requirements, and application design
- Must be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience designing innovative and competitive applications for package software solutions
