Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Security Assessment Analyst in Reston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Translate NIST guidelines to assist clients meet FISMA / FedRAMP requirements
• Assist the team with conducting quick-turn assessments
• Prepare written and verbal deliverables to both internal stakeholders and clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel up to 25%
• A Bachelor's degree in IT or other business management field
• Expertise in the applicable NIST publications including 800-37 Rev 1, 800-53 Rev 3 or 4 and FIPS 199.
• Previous experience testing technical controls and active certifications such as CISSP, CISA, Security or PMP
• A few years of experience in the IT cyber security industry
• You have an active US clearance, or are able to obtain one, therefore US citizenship is mandatory
