Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Security Monitoring Services and Technology Research Director.
Must be able to:
- Conduct research and analysis in specific areas of expertise targeting client’s key initiatives
- Provide guidance to end user clients that are selecting, deploying, and operating security monitoring technologies
- Work collaboratively as part of a globally distributed team of analysts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8-12 years work experience in relevant corporate or professional service organization, solving user problems in IT security
- Security monitoring services and technology design, selection, and implementation experience
- An understanding of managed security services, SEIM, MSSP, and MDR
- Understanding of emerging threats, and strategies for early breach detection and incident response
- An understanding of security consulting services
- Strong written communications skills are mandatory
