Job Summary
A network security company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Security Solutions Sales Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Perform outbound customer service calls in advance of the renewal schedule
- Create product and service proposals for team members
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills
- experience in dealing with customers
- Strong phone presence and willingness to make dozens of phone calls per day
- Input into company CRM system to update customer information and track activity
