Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Senior Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Achieving individual cross sell, growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels
- Creating collaborative partnerships with sales to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned book of business
- Executing tactical components of the account teams business plan for each customer
Qualifications Include:
- Percent of Travel Required 10 - 25%
- 5 to 10+ years sales and/or account management experience
- The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be detail oriented & able to multi-task
- Proven track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service
- Training period in the office may be required
