Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Senior Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Achieving individual cross sell, growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels
  • Creating collaborative partnerships with sales to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned book of business
  • Executing tactical components of the account teams business plan for each customer

Qualifications Include:

  • Percent of Travel Required 10 - 25%
  • 5 to 10+ years sales and/or account management experience
  • The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be detail oriented & able to multi-task
  • Proven track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service
  • Training period in the office may be required
