Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Application Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Define, maintain, and document standards and procedures associated with managed services
- Resolve exact nature of problems and implement remedial procedures for customers
- Resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 10% and be able to support 24/7 on-call and after hour application support
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 4 years software support/technical client services related experience
- Experience with Web and Client server application support and general operating system
- Database systems experience with database systems such as SQL 2008/2012/2014
- Basic understanding of web based technology
