Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Application Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Define, maintain, and document standards and procedures associated with managed services
  • Resolve exact nature of problems and implement remedial procedures for customers
  • Resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% and be able to support 24/7 on-call and after hour application support
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4 years software support/technical client services related experience
  • Experience with Web and Client server application support and general operating system
  • Database systems experience with database systems such as SQL 2008/2012/2014
  • Basic understanding of web based technology
