Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Benefits Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administering all health and welfare benefit programs
- Providing recommendations and information to employees regarding benefit options
- Assuring compliance with all laws and regulations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to commute to Kanab once a month, as well as, work with external auditors
- Minimum of 3 years of recent hands-on experience with ADP HRB system
- 5 years of directly related benefits experience with employees in multiple states
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Understanding of ERISA regulations and other regulations affecting benefits/compensation
- Must feel comfortable presenting to a large group
