Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Benefits Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering all health and welfare benefit programs
  • Providing recommendations and information to employees regarding benefit options
  • Assuring compliance with all laws and regulations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be able to commute to Kanab once a month, as well as, work with external auditors
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent hands-on experience with ADP HRB system
  • 5 years of directly related benefits experience with employees in multiple states
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Understanding of ERISA regulations and other regulations affecting benefits/compensation
  • Must feel comfortable presenting to a large group
