Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior Biostatistician .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Educating clients in the use of statistics are essential
  • Working with SAS programmers as part of a biostatistics team
  • Being responsible for statistical aspects of clinical and pre-clinical research projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience using SAS, Oracle Clinical, and/or ClinTrial
  • 2 years experience conducting statistical analysis of clinical research data
  • Typically has a Masters or a Ph.D. degree in statistics, biostatistics, or related field
  • Strong SAS programming skills, and the ability to translate client needs into statistical practice
  • Knowledge of applied parametric and nonparametric statistics
  • At least 6 years of pharmaceutical or related experience
