Job Summary
A business software provider is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Implementation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Documenting requirements/use cases in functional design documents
- Managing projects to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations
- Working with customers in the PEO/ASP field to understand their requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Between 30%-35% Travel
- 4+ years demonstrated implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company Software is a must
- PEO/ASO knowledge base is a must
- Knowledge of benefits, payroll and accounting
- Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) Tools such as Financial Force
