Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior Business Technology Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and define business requirements
  • Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources and reconciles conflicts
  • Advising and guiding business stakeholders on best practices in application configuration, workflow, customizations, and data validation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • 5 years of experience using Salesforce, configuring sales, service, community clouds and custom Salesforce apps in an enterprise environment
  • A least 3 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution
  • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with data querying and data mapping work
