Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior Claims Adjuster in the Sacramento Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish financial reserves
- Oversee litigation, mediation and settlements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 to 7+ years experience managing a pending of complex commercial claims
- Claims will include Molestation cases, cases involving Special Education, Employer Practice Liability cases as well as general injury cases
- Proven experience guiding outside defense counsel towards prompt resolution of complex claims in litigation
- Organized self-starter type with exceptional client service skills
