Job Summary

A cloud computing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Cloud Technical Account Manager in the Nashville Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of company's services
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical direction to help plan and build solutions
  • Drive discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 10-25% as needed
  • 7+ years of hands-on Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration / Networking / DevOps / Applications Development experience in a distributed systems environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
