Job Summary

A products and services firm is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior Configuration Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and Implementing the overall Software Configuration Management (SCM) plan, processes, procedures and tools
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Configuration Management activities, process and tool usage
  • Performing and supporting all activities related to configuration management (CM)

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience coordinating project CM processes and activities with internal and external organizations
  • Excellent communication skills, team player
  • Experience validating software processes and products utilizing established quality assurance polices, plans and procedures
  • Must have experience with the IBM Rational tools
