Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior Construction Project Manager in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Meet with the Project Executive to review the project
- Develop an independent (from estimating) project schedule with the Superintendent
- Meet with the Client and/or Architect to clarify the project scope
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is generally required
- Knowledge of construction techniques and proper scheduling of subcontractors work
- Skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Excellent math skills and computer literacy
- Must have leadership and problem solving ability
- Strong sense of urgency
