Job Summary
Human Resources consulting & recruiting firm is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Consultant in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Champion numerous platforms including ATSs, HRMSs/HRISs and other HR related software
- Oversee and manage resources for client projects
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and oversee the execution of their needs into deliverables
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional in-person work sessions and client meetings
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated success working in HR & recruiting with a desire to manage clients
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 5 years of experience in HR and recruiting, ideally for a startup or small business
- Ability to adapt to a variety of clients from different industries, cultures and identify with their mission and vision
