A company that offers business support services is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Contact Center Project Manager in Prescott.

Must be able to:

• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget
• Perform day-to-day management of all phases of the project
• Manage the completion and distribution of all deliverables to customers

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 50%
• 5 or more years of direct project management experience
• BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent work and or military experience
• Proficient with MS Project
• ITIL Foundation certification required (or obtain within 1st year of employment)
