A banking company has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior Customer Service Representative in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizing a variety of systems and tools to efficiently service the needs of the customer
- Fielding inbound calls, answering questions, providing an unmatched customer experience
- Handling customer concerns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Mandatory that you attend the scheduled 6 weeks of training
- High speed broadband internet service provider is required in the home office space
- At least a High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience
- At least 2 years customer service experience OR at least 6 months work at home/virtual working experience
